Follow this pattern and you can identify what foods your allergy triggers seem to be coming from. Plan Two - Fasting and ChallengeThis second plan to test for home remedies for allergies can only be undertaken if you do not have any medical conditions which require you to take daily medications or a continuous intake of foods.Water fast for five straight days. On day six, start re-introducing one of your suspected problem foods per day. Eat this possible problem food several times that day. Log any results. With no noticeable symptoms, the next day try another suspected problem food. Continue this until an obvious reaction is noticed. Plan Three - The Least Common Foods TestIt has commonly been documented, most people seem to be sensitive to the foods they eat the most often. Therefore this third plan for testing home remedies for allergies is based on the principles you may eat whatever you like as long it is something you have never ate before. Remember this works by food groups also. Remember, eating a cheeseburger is the same as a steak. Both of these items are still beef- from the cow.After 5 days of your "new" diet, start by introducing one of your preferred foods each day and watch for symptoms each day. Again, repeat this as many times as it takes to get any reaction. After noticeable symptoms, you must go back on the 5 day "new" diet to flush your system again. Keep repeating the cycle until you have got through your suspected food list.
